Please include your device and operating system, browser, Jerks OFF! version and build number, and a brief description of what happened. The version appears beneath the Jerks OFF! name in Options; Developer Mode also shows detailed release information in Diagnostics.

Protect your account: Never email us a password, password-reset or verification link, Firebase UID, private webpage content, or other sensitive information. Support will never ask for those items.

Safari setup

iPhone and iPad

Open Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions, select Jerks OFF!, and turn it on. Use its website-access controls to allow the sites where you want transformations.

Mac

Open Safari > Settings > Extensions, enable Jerks OFF!, and approve website access when Safari asks.

If a page was already open when you enabled the extension or changed access, reload that page.

Account help

Forgotten password: Open Options > Account, choose the password action, then select Forgot password?. The reset is completed on Firebase’s secure page.
Change password or email: Choose the relevant action in Account. For security, Firebase may require your current password.
Delete an account: Use Delete account and cloud data in Account. This permanently deletes the email account and schedules removal of its synchronized settings.

Jerks OFF! can also be used anonymously. Anonymous mode has no email recovery mechanism.

Privacy and diagnostics

Page transformations run on your device. Jerks OFF! does not send webpage addresses, page text, page images, credentials, account identifiers, or user settings to Rollbar. Read the privacy policy for complete details.
